The Year of Black Swans

A black swan event has two major features; it is very surprising and has a widespread effect. In the year 2020 there was a major black swan event that still lives with us, even in this new year – The Covid-19 pandemic. 

This pandemic wreaked havoc to lives and businesses globally, no continent or country was spared. Regardless of this, the world found ways to persevere and push forward.

At  Seso Global we are fully aware of the devastating events of last year, as we were not spared from the world’s happening. However, we want to take this time to talk about what we were able to achieve in 2020 and what we look forward to achieving in this New year.

2021 is only a few days old and already, things seem to be looking up for the world. We at Seso Global also hold a sense of optimism about this new year.

In 2020, we were able to make significant strides in our business and this year the goal is to achieve  much more than we did in the previous year.

The Seso Webinar Series is back!

The first major event this year is a webinar, Looking back on 2020..Looking ahead to 2021, which we will be hosting soon.  This webinar features speakers who are real estate stakeholders with long term experience in the real estate industry across West Africa. This first event will be followed by monthly webinars featuring expert speakers and experts. Topics will include Affordable Housing & Land Registry, 

We are also pleased to announce the launch of a B2B webinar series for developers and partners.

A mortgage -focused webinar will take place in July to give buyers valuable insights into the African mortgage market with practical tips on getting a stress-free mortgage.

Finally, for those in the Diaspora interested in purchasing properties, our October webinar will reveal key insights and tips required to make your dream of owning a home in Africa reality.

Virtual Events

We will be holding monthly virtual tours of key properties in Ghana & Nigeria. We will be showcasing the best deals and new listings for direct feedback and discussion with you! These events will also provide in-depth insights into what’s new in the market, affordable housing options and property investment opportunities.
